WTEP is a 3-day program that will be held once each year at Wharton's state-of-the-art Steinburg Conference Center on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
This year's enhanced and updated program, led by industry experts and Wharton lecturers, will guide participants through top issues for transportation finance officials today, including:

- Valuing P3 Approaches in Project Finance Initiatives
- Program and Project Evaluation

- Policy and Management Aspects of Public Private Partnerships
Program participants will include public sector senior staff with project finance responsibility from state DOTs, transit agencies, MPOs, tolling authorities, and other stakeholders.
