AASHTO CEPF Finance Module at the AASHTO National Transportation Leadership Institute

Overview

The AASHTO Center for Excellence in Project Finance conducted a finance education module for the 2010 National Transportation Leadership Institute at Indiana University.  The program began with an overview of highway finance, addressed the Federal-Aid Highway Program, the Municipal Bond Market, and Public Private Partnerships, and concluded with an update on surface transportation reauthorization.
