Now, the second installment of this annual invitation-only program will run from July 27 to July 29, 2009, as part of the AASHTO Center for Excellence in Project Finance.
This year's program will focus on Assessing and Managing Financial Risk, especially in these turbulent times. Industry experts and Wharton faculty will guide participants through top transportation and finance issues, including:
- The Global Economic and Financial Crisis
- The Impact of Transportation on Economic Development
- Infrastructure Funding and Finance Strategies in Uncertain Times
- Assessing Risk through Applied Finance and Accounting Analysis
- Evaluating Project Finance Plans
- Exploring Congestion Pricing
The program will also give participants an opportunity to apply the program learnings immediately through an interactive case study. Program participants will include DOT CEOs, CFOs, and senior staff with project finance responsibility.
