TIFIA (Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act) Listening Session

Overview
The United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) invites all capital market industry participants (borrowers, issuers, investment bankers, insurers, concessionaires, consultants, and attorneys) and State and local transportation officials to a listening session on innovative finance for surface transportation. Participants will present their perspectives on how Federal credit programs, to include TIFIA (the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act program) and RRIF (the Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement Financing program), could be enhanced so as to better support the delivery of surface transportation projects.
Registration begins at 8:00 am, and the session will formally begin at 9:30 am. The session will conclude at 2:15 pm.
Location
The session will be held at USDOT headquarters, 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE, Washington, DC.
Due to security restrictions, participants will not be allowed to leave and reenter the building. Therefore, a sandwich buffet will be provided for a cash fee of $10.
